How can I use Intclinics to search for clinics?

You can use our search menu on our homepage to find clinics based on location, treatment, services, languages and international accreditations by searching for a keyword and using our filters. Once you find a few clinics that fit your needs, you can message them to discuss details and book an appointment.

How can I learn which clinic is the right one for me?

Each clinic profile contains details about its services, doctors, location and more. In addition, you can find reviews of that clinic posted by past patients. When you need more information, you can always message the clinic to ask your questions.

How can I list my hospital/clinic on Intclinics?

If you wish to list your clinic, hospital or treatment center on Intclinics.com, we will be pleased to evaluate your application and approve it if our requirements are met. You can submit a request by clickinc on "Become a Partner" on the header of this page and our team will get back to you as soon as possible. What kinds of clinics can be listed on Intclinics?

Intclinics is a listing platform for healthcare providers from all around the world. We make sure health care providers listed on IntClinics comply with our strict quality assurance criteria. We take into account many parameters to list a clinic on our platform. Only globally accredited and recognized healthcare providers are listed; we do not list any clinic if they are not authorized by the ministry of health.

How can I learn about the doctors of a clinic?

You can go to a clinic’s page to see their staff and doctors. Clinics may not add full list of their doctors in which case you can send a message to the clinic on your account to request more information. Clinics listed on intclinics.com are globally accredited and approved by the ministry; therefore, doctors are also qualified to practise in their field.

How can I book an appointment?

If the clinics you are interested in is avaliable for bookings you will see it clearly stated on the clinic page. You are required to login before saving your appointment and make sure you add your information correctly. Your appointment request will be sent to the clinic instantly, and you must wait for them to respond to your request. You can see the response from the healthcare provider on your account. Clinics hold the right to not accept or cancel your appointment.

How can I change my appointment date?

You are strictly advised to send a message to the clinic with which you have booked an appointment to change the date of the appointment. You can also ask the clinic to modify the treatment you will receive or inform them if someone will accompany you during your journey.

If I use a social media account to sign up on Intclinics, will Intclinics share anything on my behalf?

No, Intclinics does not and can not share anything on behalf of your social accounts if you choose to use them to sign up.

What do I need to do once I create my account?

You are required to fill the relevant fields in your account, otherwise your appointment requests may lack some of your personal information. You can always modify your information on your account.

Why can’t I login to my account?

If your account cannot be reached even when you use the correct email and password, your account might have been suspended. This can happen in case of a suspicious login to your account or in case of the violation of our terms of use. The restriction to your account may be temporary or permanent. If you still think you need help with your account please send us an email.
