ABOUT MINI DENTAL IMPLANT
The mini dental implant is a smaller version of the standard implant and was designed as a holding implant, before the insertion of a full sized implant. However, they have been found to be a useful implant and a good alternative to the full size implants for some patients. They work best as a replacement for small teeth or for securing a loose denture.

HOW TO FIND QUALITY TREATMENT ABROAD
BEFORE MINI DENTAL IMPLANT ABROAD
Before inserting dental implants, the dentist should X-ray the jaw and ensure there is enough bone structure to support it. Mini implants are narrower and shorter in size than a normal dental implant, meaning that less bone is needed. In many cases, patients can proceed without a bone graft.
HOW IS IT PERFORMED
The implant placement is easier than for a normal dental implant. The dentist begins by drilling a small hole into the jawbone, and then the implant is pushed into place. Patients getting mini implants to secure a denture will usually get between 4 and 6 implants placed at once. Usually, the implants are left to heal for some time before the crown or denture is attached.
Anesthesia
Local anesthetic.
Procedure duration
The Mini Dental Implant takes 30 to 45 minutes.
